We launched with a single truck and a few units, and the operation still runs that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would send to my own home. We are a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we make it right the same day.
I track the full schedule on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything shifts, I phone you before you need to phone us.
